This smaller blade is the perfect size and shape for any task that requires control or a more maneuverable blade, such as peeling, coring, pitting, and even garnishing. Use the Kori Artisan Paring Knife for any tasks that are too small or too delicate for a full-sized chef’s knife.
Canadian designed Kori Artisan knives are handcrafted for beauty, function, and superior performance. Taking over 60 steps to complete each knife, Kori Artisan uses advanced materials and crafting techniques to ensure your knives last you years. Each blade features a Japanese VG10 core, surrounded by 36 layers of hammered steel to create that beautiful layered Damascus pattern. The final point of contact is the handle. Using a beautiful, riveted canvas linen micarta handle, the texture provides the ultimate tactile sensation and control. It is completed by a traditional mosaic pin and end cap.
