The Fusion Classic Olive line embodies control, quality, and long lasting dependability. Featuring a German-steel blade of X50CrMoV15 steel, each blade offers excellent edge retention and stain-resistance. The modified bolster is angled to encourage a proper pinch grip on the knife, giving the user mastery over their blade. Designed with a half-bolster for ease of sharpening, the whole blade can be used from tip to heel. The gorgeous, triple-riveted handles are carved from sustainably harvested olive wood, creating a warm and rustic ambience of Mediterranean beauty. The tight grain and high oil content make the handle resistant to moisture and bacteria. To preserve and protect the wood, hand-washing is strongly recommended.
